- Winter cruises, 1 April to 30 September, depart at 5.30pm and return at 7pm
- Summer cruises, 1 October to 31 March, depart at 6pm and return at 7.30pm
- This experience is 90 minutes in duration.
- Please arrive 15 minutes prior to departure
- This experience departs from the Cultural Centre Public Pontoon, South Bank, on the Brisbane River in front of the Queensland Cultural Centre, South Brisbane QLD 4101.
- Please note bookings are not confirmed unless vouchers are redeemed.
- All vouchers MUST be redeemed prior to taking the experience.
- A licensed bar is available on board
- Participants must be 18 years and over to consume alcohol; photo ID may be required
- This experience is not wheelchair accessible and may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility
- Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
- Changes to group bookings, 10+ pax, require 14 days notice from experience
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
